The presentation of the restraint combination by Kubind is also made attractive by the robust, massive material. The surface is smooth, silvery and shiny and therefore creates decorative reflections even in dim lighting. However, it is not only the design, that makes the combination of collar cuff and handcuff something special. Made from nickel-plated brass the neck collar and hand restraint is massive and lies heavy in hand. With a weight of 1.100 grams the stability can be felt with the first lift. Both the collar cuff as well as the hand restraints are equipped with snap locks and hinge joints. Therefore, they lock automatically when the shackle respectively bow is pushed into the locking corpus. The key is not necessary for the arrest and fixation. It is only needed for opening the restraints. Because of the automatic locking caution is advised when testing the function of the combinated model. In addition, the hand restraint has four different locking positions which allows for an adjustment of the inner circumference between 18 and 20 centimeters. The collar cuff can not be adjusted and has an inner circumference of 48 centimeters. Daarom vergrendelen ze automatisch wanneer de beugel respectievelijk de boog in het vergrendelingslichaam wordt gedrukt. De sleutel is niet nodig voor de arrestatie en fixatie. Het is alleen nodig om de beugels te openen. Vanwege de automatische vergrendeling is voorzichtigheid geboden bij het testen van de functie van het combinatiemodel. Bovendien heeft de handsteun vier verschillende vergrendelingsposities waardoor de binnenomtrek tussen 18 en 20 centimeter kan worden aangepast. De boordmanchet is niet verstelbaar en heeft een binnenomtrek van 48 centimeter.
